I do a "Reply All" to guarantee I'm replying to the right list. Then I edit the recipients to reduce redundancy, because I'm fussy that way, but it probably wouldn't be so awfully rude of me just to "Reply All" and have a handful of people (at most) receive my reply twice.

I'm doing a plain "Reply All" right now. So Graeme, you can judge for yourself whether you find it annoying to receive duplicates... ;)
