Thanks for posting the link - the article had excellent advice,
especially for newbies like myself who don't want to waste everyone
else's time on truly dumb and/or trivial questions. I have begun
numerous posts to this list and have found that while making sure I did
my homework via RTFM and STFM and attempting to clarify my problem while
composing my email, I usually solve the problem.
