Go to Apple's Cocoa Documentation site at
<
http://devworld.apple.com/techpubs/macosx/Cocoa/CocoaTopics.html> and start
with the "New to Cocoa" link. Somewhere in the Cocoa Documentation site
you'll find a link to the PDF version of Apple's Objective-C book, which is
quite good and all you should need to learn Objective-C.
The harder part is learning the Cocoa frameworks, but there's more than
enough documentation on Apple's site to keep you busy at that for a long
time.
