Window Title Image

Is there a way to set the icon displayed next to a windows title in cocoa? This icon is usually referred to as the proxy icon, but I do not want the icon to reference a document.

Please don't question why I need to do this heh, it is for good reason, I am fully aware of the guidelines :\ I was able to do this kinda in carbon using iconrefs. How does NSDocument set the proxy icon?
