No one seems to be answering this question. Sorry, this is a reply, not
an answer!
I have the same question. I am printing a document whose single image
may be multiple paper pages wide and high. So far, my calculations on
the height and width for each page are not coming out right. I too, have
been calculating NSPrintInfo paperSize - margins = physical printing
area.
