But seriously, if you walk around the IL campus, you'll see a whole lot of people who've got 10+ years of NeXTSTEP/OpenStep/Cocoa experience, who understand why Cocoa is a Good Thing, and who are working on making it a Better Thing. When I look at the org chart, I'm quite encouraged.
