I am thinking about writing something to complete commands while typing
(the way you have it in RealBasic, say). Ideally, what I'd like to do, is
look at what the user is typing and then offer possible completions or at
least be able to complete the input in case there is a unique completion.
Browsing through the documentation, I got the impression that
NSInputServer probably is the thing I am looking for (and anyway may be
an interesting tool to provide Input helpers), Unfortunately I couldn't
find any examples on how to use it correctly and my feeble attempts
failed so far. The Examples with Apple seem to be Carbon.
Any hints?

The Macintosh may only have 10% of the market,
but it is clearly the top 10%.
