Just clearing up some misinformation:

He's writing C++, there is nothing wrong with inline member functions,
especially in templated classes, where most compilers inline every member
function anyway.

Yes they are (assuming that the declaration is inside the class
definition, and that the class definition starts with "template <class T>"
or "template<typename T>".
