Unfortunately, I did not jot down the message when panic occurs. I remember part of the error message was something to do with thread, I can't remember the exact message.

Most of the time the application uses pthread instead of NSThread.

I will try simulate the problem again and try to get exact message, I think this problem have never happen on single CPU (G4 or G3) macs.
