I'm not using DefaultFolder X, and I see that error fairly frequently
when I use step-into in the PB debugger. I did some research when it
first cropped up, and I tentatively concluded it was GDB burping
harmlessly. I've not observed any ill effects, and I don't recall ever
seeing it when I wasn't using step-into.
