Ooooops... It seems that these stuff is available only if you install WebObjects... Bummer... But not everything is lost: simply download WebObjects from the ADC site. It's available for a "limited time only"...

Dropping EOF must be the dummest thing Apple has done so far... Oh, well...

There is also a gnustep port of some sort of EOF.
