Sure, since someone else is paying for it. Oh, except Apple would have to
raise the price of computers and OS X to pay for it, so you still end up
paying for it, only it's hidden, but it'd make it easier to complain about
the prices of the computers that way.

Just look how successful the "we'll lose money on every account, but make up
for it by having these huge market share numbers!" dot com companies have
been! And Apple doesn't want to join them. I just don't understand why not?

IMHO: Jargon. Acronym for In My Humble Opinion. Used to flag as an opinion
something that is clearly from context an opinion to everyone except the
mentally dense. Opinions flagged by IMHO are actually rarely humble. IMHO.
