Actually, no. AXUIElement has nothing to do with menu extras. That's
actually an API for retrieving Accessibility info from an application.
As far as I know, menu extras are still considered an Apple-only API,
and we are enforcing that in Jaguar by only running menu extras that are
provided by Apple.
