CF interacting with NS

Hello list,

I have several times seen the phrase "toll-free bridged" used to talk about CF structs and their counterpart NS classes. I'm not really sure what this means though... That you can just treat the CF data like a class?
Also, is there a list somewhere of what CF structures and NS classes are toll-free bridged?
