How to bring an alert panel to the front?

Hi, there:
My program needs to pop up an alert panel. But because I set
LSBackgroundOnly to be 1, this panel is hidden by other windows. Is there
any way I can bring this panel all the way to the front? I use
NSRunAlertPanel() to open the alert panel.

Thanks!

X. Guo
