Events in the background

Hi.

I've an app that is an LSUIElement and I heard that these Apps won't be able to be the frontmost App.
So I want to let the app never become frontmost, but it should handle all events as if it it the frontmost.
Is there an way to realize this??
Or exists an alternate possibility??
