I found Aaron's book to be more helpful and a more fun read to boot.
"Building" is OK. It tends to try to be more exhaustive, and that can make
it slower going. Aaron's approach is to learn just enought to accomplish
the tasks in his book.
I haven't gone through "Building" completely, but there's a lot of overlap
with "Cocoa Programming". Neither book is really a reference book, but the
online help with the developer tools is very extensive.
Don't buy O'Reilly's "Learning Cocoa". It's a very distant third.
