Hello!
I am sorry if I was not clear about the intent of the software when
finished. The software WILL be free, it will just not be open
source. It will probably be something like donationware or
something where people can use it for free.
I may have something like Pitbull where there is a standard version
that has some features and then a pro feature that has more souped
up features, I don't really know but I am open to any suggestions
anybody else may have!
Have a great day!
Albert

If you are at all interested please let me know. I will be posting
code via a private bulletin board where we can discuss features,
submit classes, etc. (Please note that this is open source only for
the development period)
Also, as a sidenote, I have never operated an open source
development before so please let me know if there is anything I
should note about doing this.
What you seem to have in mind is NOT "open source". It is merely a
bunch of geographically separated people working on a project. The
gist of an open-source project is that the source code is open and
available for anyone at all times. You don't say so explicitly but
it seems that your intend to make this a commercial product (one
that you charge $ for). If so, I think it unlikely you will get
many people who want to work for nothing. People work on
open-source projects because they feel they are contributing to
the community and because they like the idea of software being
free (like speech as well as like beer).
