Logging off notification

Is there any Cocoa notification that is sent when the log out button
is clicked to all applications? I've tried
NSWorkspaceWillPowerOffNotification but it doesn't exactly work. It
seems to be sent with a quit AppleEvent and not as a separate event
and not when logging out.
