[Q] Lookup in pbs of server "RulebookServer" failed

  • Subject: [Q] Lookup in pbs of server "RulebookServer" failed

I'm getting the following:

Lookup in pbs of server "RulebookServer" failed

when my app starts up via the "login startup" preference. Actually, a small applescript program gets launched which waits about 20 seconds and then launches my cocoa app.

I'm searched the archives and Apple's site and stepwise for this error and didn't find anything.

From what I've gathered, I think "pbs" is the paste-board server. Is there a way to guarantee that all the necessary cocoa/finder components are up and running before my app is called to start?

Thanks!
