Carbon Header Problem in my Cocoa App...

I get the following warnings, does anyone know how I can get the data
with the precomped headers fixed?
warning: could not use precompiled header
'/System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Headers/Carbon.p', because:
warning: 'CarbonSound/CarbonSound.h' has different date than in precomp
warning: 'CarbonSound/Sound.h' has different date than in precomp
