It may very well be restricted to Select members.. or perhaps even just WWDC attendees
WWDC attendees and Premier members get to view all sessions for free; Select members can pay $800 to view all sessions, or $300 per subset to view various theme-oriented subsets. As a Select member who didn't attend this year's WWDC, I received my "invitation" to to fork over my money to view the sessions just a couple of days ago. I have decided to wait until the info trickles out thru other channels (new API's etc); I figure Apple can't afford to keep it all a secret forever, otherwise no one will be able to develop for their platform :-)
