Dealloc method needed?

Hello,
In a non document-based application, I've implemented
applicationShouldTerminateAfterLastWindowClosed, windowShouldClose,
applicationShouldTerminate, so that in any case (excepted in case of
arised sheet) when the user closes the main window, the application
quits.
In this application, I've a couple of instances variables I've
initialized, one of them is a shared instance (for about box).
Should I implement the dealloc method, though I cannot find any case
where the dealloc method is called?
