They're not classes, so they're under "Types and Constants > Data Types".
If you're just getting started with Cocoa development, you might want
to check out Cocoa Browser. It's at

http://homepage.mac.com/hoshi_takanori/cocoa-browser/>. I use it
constantly when doing Cocoa development.
