These are mostly might-fail tests. However unlikely failure might be, I much
prefer certainty. I have Andy Lee's delegate suggestion working nicely. All
I need now is to find out from somebody whether any other kind of panel
besides an application's standard About box uses the NSSystemInfoPanel
delegate.
