Thanks, Brock. Based on what I learned from your article, I've filed the following bug with Apple:

The doc for -orderFrontStandardAboutPanelWithOptions: in
NSApplication.html does not mention that "Credits.html"
and "Credits.rtfd" are also acceptable names for the
Credits file.
