Hi! Does anyone know how to change the cursor image?

The place to start is, of course, the NSCursor doc.
Then you might want to read the recent discussion about the pros and cons of various ways of doing cursor manipulation, as there are some major issues to sidestep. The archives are on-line.
Note these two steps (read the doc, look in the archives) should probably be followed by anyone and everyone before posting a new question to this list. :->
