Opening System Preferences to a specific pane

Hi,

I'm sure this is a really simple thing to do, but I can't find any information on it since all the search terms I can come up with just find pages telling the user to open System Preferences for whatever reason. How can I get my app to open System Preferences to a specific pane, like you can go straight to Dock or Network preferences from the Apple menu? I guess it's a matter of starting System Preferences with NSWorkspace and then sending it some kind of notification to say which pane to load.
