If Apple really wants developers to use the Help Viewer for the online help
in their applications, then they should make Help Viewer less vile.
Personally, I cringe every time I choose Help in an app and then have to
sit drumming my fingers for 45 seconds while Help Viewer starts up. For
this and many other reasons, an ordinary HTML document that opens in the
user's browser is ever so much kinder. Help Viewer is not a form of pain I
feel like inflicting on my users. m.
