Our application needs to embed additional PS, this postscript must be
inserted in the jobheader and page header.
Carbon has a function (PMSessionSetPSInjectionData) that allows you to do
just that.
However I've not been able to find an equivalent function in Cocoa!
Question: how can I force the printdriver to insert PS at a specific place?
