mouse drag feedback

  • Subject: mouse drag feedback

Hi all,

Simple question (I hope...):
Does MacOS X cocoa has any classes that handle mouse tracking feedback?
What I mean is that I want to drag a box with the mouse. I want a visual feedback (a rect with ants), and I want to be able to resize it. (This option is used in the Interface Builder as well.)
In MacOS 9 this was possible. Is there an easy way to do so in MacOS X or should I write my own code to handle this?

Thanks.
Ruben Smits
