Command + Delete Key Equivalent

  • Subject: Command + Delete Key Equivalent

Hi list,

I'd like to set the Command + Delete Key Equivalent for a menu item (like
the "Move to Trash" command in the Finder).

If I set the '\d' equivalent to my item in IB, when I test the interface or
run my project the key equivalent is Command + Forward delete, not just
standard delete.

How can I force my item to respond to the Command + Delete key equivalent?

TIA,

Simon Jacquier
