I usually play a game of Monopoly/Wingnuts, or go watch a movie. I used to
rip my hair out, but I've since shaved my head (it's much more comfortable
this way). Then I would beat my head against the refrigerator, until I
dented it (only once, I quit after that), but that didn't really help
either. Monopoly (and Shakira) do help.

This list is the best I've ever had the pleasure of being involved with.
But I try to wait for five days before I start a new thread on this list (to
reduce noise), and in that time I work on the problem (usually solving it),
though I sometimes write a mock letter to help me focus. I also do Tae Bo
and lift weights, both of which calm me down, and help me concentrate.

In short, I've found that excercise and relaxation help the most. I also
like to play "Turkish March" on the piano until I break a sweat. I don't
recommend the refrigerator.
