NSCell question!!!

I have been looking for information on how to create a NSCell for my NSOutlineView that I can use to both insert text and to use as checkbox, like NSButtonCell as checkbox type. But if I use NSButtonCell and I try edit the text (title) it change the state of the checkbox too. How do I make a NSCell with both check box and text that can be edited and can change state ?

An example on what I mean can be found in OmniOutliner where they use some cell for both checkbox and text.
