Can't get Help to work

Hello people,
I have an app that has a Apple Help Help book on board. This works on my
system, but not on systems from other people. I have tried everything, I
think I followd instructions in the docs to the letter, I have the right
stuff in the plists, I have information in the index.html file, but the
problem remains.
This app is for the community and only the lack of Help is keeping me
from a release now.
Is there someone who knows about Apple Help willing to have a look at my
app?
