Not sure about legal niceties but

1) 'sh' small enough to be sent as a gzipped attachment, or placed on iDisk. (I haven't done this because of the above statement.)

or

2) try <ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-stable/src/bin/sh/> and "roll your own".
