Problems with Fatbrain?

I know that the ADC developer library moved to Vervanti almost a month ago, but an order that I have placed with them appears to have got lost somewhere (they claim) in the Canadian postal system. Has anyone had problems with them before? Also, do you think it irresponsible for them to place a notice that says 'CARRIER LEAVE IF NO RESPONSE' on the label?
