Well, if you need to get the files, you could download my Cocoa app, Pacifist, from http://homepage.mac.com/csrstka/Pacifist.dmg and use it to get the JavaKit framework from the DevTools.pkg...

This just happened to me on a G4 dual 450. The last thing I did on this
machine was install the December developer tools update. Very strange.

You're probably right, 10.1.3 may not be the culprit and I remember letting
the updater go through the language updates (including the Asian stuff)
before running the 10.1.3 upgrade. I didn't try PB between the two so they
well be the cause of the problem.

Does anyone know where I could find the missing files ? I don't have a
second OS-X Mac handy.

Thanks,

I get this message on the console:

dyld: /Developer/Applications/Project Builder.app/Contents/MacOS/Project
Builder can't open library:
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/JavaKit.framework/Versions/A/JavaKit (No
such file or directory, errno = 2)

That's a FAQ. It's clear that one of Apple's installers wrongly deletes
this file, but I have not heard definitively which one it is. You say this
happened after updating to 10.1.3 but most people using 10.1.3 have not
experienced the problem, so that isn't it. The Language Updates are the
likeliest candidate AFAIK. Apple needs to address this. m.
