Displaying a license agreement when mounting a disk image

After a couple hours of searching, I can't find any notes suggesting how
I'd create a disk image that presents a license agreement window (as
Apple's iPhoto disk image does). How is this implemented? Any help or
references to documentation would be greatly appreciated!
