my Babelizer toy, available here:

It comes with source code (including my Objective-C wrapper around
the Perl-Compatible Regular Expressions library, by Philip Hazel).
Oh, what does it do? It's an OS X desktop version of my toy

It uses babelfish.altavista.com to translate between English and the
language of your choice until the phrase no longer mutates. It's a
fun waste of time.
I welcome your bug reports and design suggestions.
