I've seen a whole bunch of "No"s and "Nope"s in response to this, probably because this is a sore subject with a lot of people (myself included), and because we're all a bit battle-weary from our various efforts to get EOF back.

But, for the edification of the new people (those just finding out that such a thing existed), most of us would love to see Cocoa for Windows again. Indeed, Apple did promise that very thing long ago...

The benefit of being able to deploy your apps on Mac and Windows with little extra effort is very attractive to developers on both sides of the Mac/Windows fence. If Apple chose to keep their promise after all, I'm sure we'd be all over it.
