I posted a problem to Apple: "When I make a change in my .h file, the
resulting .c/.cpp files do not get rebuilt". Apple's response: "Yea, we
know. We don't know when we will fix it". A build tool not building is
pretty close to not working as you can get.

One simple solution is to just explicitly add the .h files to your project under the "Files" tab. Problem fixed.

Sure the tools have their glitches. All tools do. But once you get into the groove using Cocoa, IB and PB, it's one hell of a development environment.
