Can anyone offer me some pointers on how authentication is applied in a document-based application? I've looked over Brian Hill's tutorial, but I don't understand what process to authenticate (my app itself?), and whether this should be part of my document controller or the app controller. Little help?

You see, wire telegraph is kind of a very, very long cat. You pull his tail in New York and his head is meowing in Los Angeles. Do you understand this? And radio operates exactly the same way: you send signals here, they receive them there. The only difference is that there is no cat.
