I always have trouble finding out what an object's delegate's functions

what are the delegate functions of NSWindow?

How about looking under "Methods Implemented by the Delegate" on /Developer/Documentation/Cocoa/Reference/ApplicationKit/Objc_classic/Classes/
NSWindow.html?

This seems like a huge lapse in the documentation to me. How can I find
out this stuff?

Seems like they've got it covered just fine. I find that Cocoa Browser makes it easy to quickly look through the reference documentation. See <http://homepage.mac.com/hoshi_takanori/cocoa-browser/>.
