Thanks for those who tried to help me, but alas, I was beyond help. I had
unchecked the nib to be included in the project (I had a reason, really I
did). Oddly enough, it did manage to somehow find the Nib and make the
window appear (which is a puzzler on its own), but it didn't link things up.
Check box, run, shazam it all works.
