We have an initiative underway to continue cleaning up the man page situation (it improves a lot with Jaguar). In any case, an Apple-provided command which does not have a man page is considered a bug, and you should feel free to file one. We probably already have a bug on this, having done some sweeps for what man pages are missing, but filing a bug on it might help increase the priority, if an engineer sees that people are hurting.
