This came up recently in the projectbuilder-users list. Exceptions are broken in the April Tools release, and Apple knows about it, and has a fix. The problem lies in the crt1.o and gcrt1.o files. Right now, they're trying to figure out the best way to get the fix out. (An attempt to post the files to the list failed.)
