Contrary to what some people would have you believe, there is no such thing as a question too basic for this list. If it's about Cocoa, and you say it is, then this list is the proper place to ask it. (Nor is it necessary to apologize for the questions being basic. If you don't already know the answer, it's not a dumb question.)
