CICN resource into NSImage, help!!!

I can't find any way to convert from CICN resource to a NSImage. On some pages it ses that you should make it a PicHandle and from that convert it to a NSPICTImagerep and from that into a NSImage, first of all, how do I get the PicHandle from the cicn data?! is it really this hard to convert it? can I contruct an own imagerep somehow ?, and if so, how?

Nathan Day sent me a iconFamily class that convert iconFamilyHandle into NSImage, but I don't know how to convert the cicn resource into a iconFamilyHandle type, if someone now how to do this then please help!
