No, Final Cut Pro is a Carbon app and draws its own interface. As FCP
started out at Macromedia I wouldn't be surprised if it uses a
derivative of the cross-platform UI libraries Macromedia developed.

In Jaguar you'll be able to use the brushed metal interface of iTunes,
iPhoto, etc. by flipping a switch in Interface Builder, not that I
think that's a particularly good idea...
